How do I place an order?

It’s easy! Just visit our shop page and choose your flour, size, and whether you would like us to your ship or” pick it up”

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally. If you have a US based forwarding address, we can ship to that address.

-
What is the difference between Conventional and Organic?
-
Organic products are grown using farming practices that meet the national USDA certification standards.
-
How long do conventional and organic products last? All purpose and Bread flour?
-
Our flours are best when fresh and used within 10-12 months of their mill date. Best stored in a cool and dry location.
-
Are your whole grain flours sifted?
-
Our whole grain flours are not sifted
-
If the stone milling process preserves the amount of bran and germ, does this mean that all your flour has more fiber?
-
Yes our stone milling process is intentionally designed to retain more of the bran and most of the germ. As a result our flour is more naturally nutritious and has higher fiber than industrial white flour.
-
What is a blend of flour you would recommend for someone who focused on low glycemic intake?
-
Whole grain flour has a lower glycemic index. If you are focusing on glycemic intake we recommend using a blend with 80% Whole grain and 20% T85.
-
Are any of your flours gluten free?
-
We currently do not offer a gluten free flour.
-
What does naturally nutritious mean?
-
It means there are no additives in our flour. Our milling process retains the natural nutrition that resides in the bran and germ.
-
Are your flours healthier than other flours?
-
Our fresh flour is naturally nutritious. Commodity white and whole wheat flours strip out the bran and germ which contain the nutrition from grains. As a result they have to use additives to supplement the nutritional values in their product. We think the nutrition that occurs naturally is better.
