Assistant Miller

The Assistant Miller provides hands-on support for milling operations, including equipment adjustments, process monitoring, sanitation, warehousing, and quality control.

Maintains accurate records, assists with troubleshooting, and gains experience to advance into higher mill roles.  

 

Grain Operator

This Grain Operator is responsible for supporting all daily grain-handling operations, including receiving, sampling, cleaning, blending, transferring, and storage. This role ensures grain meets quality specifications and maintains a continuous, reliable flow of grain to support milling operations.

Operators monitor equipment, maintain sanitation standards, and document grain movement for full traceability.

Mechanic - Grain Manager

The Mechanic-Grain Manager is responsible for overseeing daily grain‑handling operations while performing mechanical maintenance to support safe, efficient, and reliable production. This role manages grain flow from receiving through cleaning and blending, ensures equipment performance through preventive maintenance, and supports food‑safety compliance. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to train and support team members.

Packaging Operator

The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating packaging equipment to ensure each product is filled accurately, labeled correctly, and handled to maintain its quality. Performs routine quality checks, keeps detailed production records, and follows all SQF food‑safety requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Shift Miller

The Shift Miller is responsible for milling efficiency, process control, and product quality during assigned shifts. The role monitors and adjusts milling equipment, addresses process deviations, ensures adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and leads the shift team.

Warehouse Operator

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently handling finished goods, packaging materials, and supplies to support production and order fulfillment. Operators uphold food‑safety and sanitation standards while contributing to smooth warehouse and production workflows.
